Using PubStages
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for content submitted through your account and for ensuring you have permission to publish it.
Venue and artist content
Venues remain responsible for event accuracy, entry requirements, cancellations and any arrangements made with artists. Artists remain responsible for their profile, availability, performance commitments and communications. PubStages provides discovery and workflow tools but is not automatically a party to agreements made between users.
Subscriptions
Paid venue subscriptions, trial periods, renewal intervals and prices are shown before checkout. Subscription status is confirmed through our payment provider. Cancellation timing, access after cancellation and any applicable refund rights are shown in the billing area or communicated during support.
Moderation
We may review, restrict, reject or remove content and accounts that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, infringing or harmful to the platform. We may preserve records needed for security, disputes or legal obligations.
Availability
We aim to keep PubStages reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the platform develops. Scheduled maintenance and urgent security work may temporarily affect access.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, PubStages is not responsible for independent venue or artist actions, event changes, user-generated content, or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
